REFUND POLICY

Digital product, delivered instantly
The Jhonny Method is a digital guide (PDF). It is delivered immediately after payment through a download page and by email.
All sales are final once the guide is delivered
Because the content can be accessed and downloaded as soon as payment is complete, we do not offer refunds once the guide has been delivered and accessed. At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, once delivery begins, you lose your right of withdrawal (for customers in the EU, the 14-day withdrawal right under consumer law).
The only exception: you never received the guide
If, because of an error, you never received the guide (for example a technical problem with the download link, a wrong email address, or a payment that went through without access being granted), contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will first try to deliver the guide. If we cannot deliver it, we will refund you in full.
Duplicate payments
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate payment.
How to request help
Email infothejhonnymethod@gmail.com with your order number, the email used at checkout and the payment method (card via Stripe or PayPal). We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; depending on your bank or PayPal, they can take 5–10 business days to appear.
